Why do I need approval to sign in with Microsoft?
If you receive an “approval required” message (or similar) when signing in with your Microsoft account, your IT department may need to authorize Factlines before you can sign in. Many companies require new systems to be individually approved before allowing sign-ins with corporate accounts.
If this happens, contact your internal IT department for assistance. Alternatively, you can sign in using your email and verify your access with a one-time code sent to your email address.
