What is a follow-up and why have I received one?

After you have answered and submitted a survey in Factlines, you might get a follow-up question based on your survey answers. A follow-up usually encourages you to make improvements, such as implementing ethical guidelines or requires you to add information and/or explanations to your survey answers.
