How do I send a survey reminder?

You can send a reminder to all recipients who haven’t submitted their survey yet, or you can send a reminder to one or more selected recipients.

How to send a reminder to all recipients who haven’t submitted yet:

  1. Go to Surveys in the left side menu and click on the survey where you want to send a reminder

  2. Click on the Send reminders button in the top-right corner of the page

  3. Click on the Send reminder button in the dialogue box that appears to confirm. All recipients who will receive a reminder will be listed in the box.

  4. When the reminders are sent, you’ll see a green check mark next to the company name

You can only send one reminder per day. The Send reminder button will be activated again the next day.

 

How to send a reminder to one or more selected recipients:

  1. Go to Surveys in the left side menu and click on the survey where you want to send a reminder
  2. Find the recipient you want to send a reminder to in the list by filtering, search or simply scroll the list
  3. Click on the Send reminder button next to the company name

You can only send one reminder per day. The Send reminder button will be activated again the next day.
