How do I add a supplier to an ongoing survey?

You can add suppliers to an ongoing survey whenever you need to, as long as the survey is active and that the supplier is already added to your supplier list.

  1. Add the supplier to your supplier list if they are not already there. Go to Suppliers in the left side menu and click + Add supplier
  2. If the supplier is already in your supplier list, go to Surveys and click on the relevant survey where you want to add the supplier
  3. Click on Edit survey and Add or remove recipients

  4. Search or scroll the list to find the supplier and click on the +Add button next to the company name
  5. If you need to add several suppliers, tick off the boxes next to the company names and click on the + Add selected recipients button

  6. Confirm the selected suppliers in the dialogue box that appears
  7. Click on ← Back to survey at the top of the page
  8. Click on the Send survey button next to the added supplier to send the survey
