Why have I received an access request to our company account in Factlines?

If you receive an access request to your company account in Factlines, this usually means that a company has sent your colleague a survey to answer on behalf of your company and that your colleague does not have a user profile in Factlines yet. In order for your colleague to answer the survey, an admin-user in your company have to approve the access request. Only admin-users receives and can approve or reject an access request.

How do I approve an access request?

  1. Click on the Approve or decline access button in the email you got, or
  2. Log in at https://platform.factlines.com
  3. You will see all new access requests on the dashboard
  4. Click on the Manage requests button to approve or reject
  5. Remember to select Role for the new user and then click Approve. An email will be sent to the new user with information whether the request was approved or not.

Review access requests carefully and do not give access to users you don't recognize or are uncertain about.
