You can add suppliers to an ongoing survey whenever you need to, as long as the survey is active and that the supplier is already added to your supplier list.
- Add the supplier to your supplier list if they are not already there. Go to Suppliers in the left side menu and click + Add supplier
- If the supplier is already in your supplier list, go to Surveys and click on the relevant survey where you want to add the supplier
- Click on Edit survey and Add or remove recipients
- Search or scroll the list to find the supplier and click on the +Add button next to the company name
- If you need to add several suppliers, tick off the boxes next to the company names and click on the + Add selected recipients button
- Confirm the selected suppliers in the dialogue box that appears
- Click on ← Back to survey at the top of the page
- Click on the Send survey button next to the added supplier to send the survey
