How to manage all your company’ documents and your suppliers’ documents
You can use the "Documents" tab in your account to better manage your documentation and your suppliers' shared documents. This feature simplifies the way you and your suppliers manage the information needed for due diligence processes.
How to manage your company' documents
To see all of your company's documents, you need to:
- Go to My company tab on the left-side menu.
- Click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
- See all documents uploaded to the Factlines Sustainable Supplier Network software that you shared with your customers before.
How to upload your company’ documents
To upload new documents from your company to the Factlines software, you need to:
- Go to My company tab on the left-side menu.
- Click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the bottom Upload files at the top of the page.
- Drop files at the box or click on Select file to locate the file on your pc or Mac.
- Click Open.
- Click on the purple bottom Upload.
How to delete, rename, view or download a document that belongs to your company
You can manage documents already uploaded to your company document center. To do so, you need to:
- Go to My company tab on the left-side menu.
- Click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the three dots of the document you want to manage, at the right-side of the page.
- You can Rename, View, Download or Delete the document selected.
How to manage your suppliers’ documents
To see all of your suppliers’ documents you need to:
- Go to Suppliers tab on the left-side menu.
- From your suppliers list, click on the supplier name you want to see their documents.
- Click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the document name to see all linked questions, follow-ups or messages related to that document.
- Click on the three dots on the right side to access View or Download the document options.
